There is a reason this line has been the recommendation for six generations. The shape suits medium-to-large hands, the thumb wheel is genuinely useful for horizontal scrolling in spreadsheets and timelines, and the ratchet wheel switches from clicky to free-spin with a tap.
Battery is measured in months, not days, and it charges over USB-C while you use it. Logi Options+ lets you set per-application button behaviour, which is where the productivity gains really come from.
Left-handed users are out of luck, and it is too heavy for competitive gaming.
