The MOLENTS gets the fundamentals right: a mesh back that actually breathes, a lumbar pad you can move up and down to meet your spine, and 3D armrests that adjust in height, width and angle. That combination is rare under $200.

Assembly takes about 25 minutes and the hardware is labelled. The seat foam is medium-firm and held up over a two-week test without flattening, though it is not in the same league as a $1,000 chair over five years.

The honest caveats: the plastic base and tilt mechanism feel budget, recline tension is a single knob rather than a weight-calibrated system, and there is no seat-depth adjustment. For eight-hour days at a desk it is still a large upgrade over any fixed-back chair.
