Lexeme
Lexeme Memory Foam Seat & Lumbar Cushion Set review
The $25 fix for a chair you already own

A contoured memory foam back cushion that straps to almost any chair. The cheapest way to make a mediocre seat workable, and the single most-bought office comfort item on Amazon.
What we liked
- Cheapest meaningful posture upgrade
- Fits almost any chair or car seat
- Washable breathable cover
- Dense foam keeps its shape
What we didn't
- Shifts you forward in the seat
- Not a substitute for a bad chair
- Can feel warm in summer

Who it is for
People who are not replacing their chair this year. If your lower back aches by mid-afternoon, a $25 cushion buys most of the benefit of a $300 upgrade.
What we like
Dense memory foam holds its shape instead of pancaking, and the two-strap system keeps it in place when you stand up. The mesh cover comes off and machine washes.
Where it falls short
It pushes you forward an inch or two, so you may need to re-check your monitor distance. It cannot fix a broken seat pan or a chair with no height adjustment.
